Brittany Saville is County Cross Country Champion for the Fifth Time

Brittany Saville (a Year 13 pupil) qualified in the District Championships, along with five other pupils from our Lady of Sion School, to take part in the Sussex Schools Cross Country Championships, held at Lancing Manor last Saturday (23rd January). Brittany ran really well in the Senior Girls’ Race and finished more than a minute in front of her nearest rival, to win the title for the fifth successive year. Well done Brittany!

Brother and sister Harry and Ella Forrest both qualified to run in the Junior (U-15) boys’ and girls’ races, and were placed a respectable 23rd and 34th respectively. Jeremy Parker and James Burn also qualified to take part in the boys’ race, whilst Chloe Lelliott qualified for the girls’ race. Congratulations to all of these pupils.
