Sr Edna creates a new garden
This summer, Sr Edna Brice, a
resident in Rustington Hall Nursing Home, Sussex, has been instrumental in
creating a new garden. A coutyard in the centre of the building complex had been left unattended until Edna, with the help of some of the staff, decided to make it into a garden.
Lots of flowering plants were bought and arranged around the fish pond in the centre.
It is now known as 'the Secret Garden' and is a place of beauty and calm where residents and visitors can spend some time in peace, surrounded by a colourful array of flowers.
